Hot Flash Sisters is a free health and social app for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms and want to learn how to better manage their symptoms, get beyond feelings of isolation and get more out of their doctor visits.

This woman-designed app takes an uplifting, supportive and unique approach by combining community, education and symptom tracking to an often overlooked phase of life.

Advise, learn and connect on topics you’ve had in mind but didn’t know who you could talk to. This is where women around the world share and help each other with all issues related to perimenopause.

** Symptom Tracking & Reporting **

Tap the date. Tap the symptom. Done! Add a personal note if you like. Tap the ‘Create Chart’ button and a printable report of your symptoms is sent to your email which you can take to your next medical appointment. With your symptom chart and personal notes in hand you can more easily explain your symptoms, collaborate with your healthcare professional and get the most out of your medical visits.
